This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join a rapidly growing company and help shape growth processes and influence campaigns.  As a Sales and Marketing Graduate, you will collaborate with the Growth team in all stages of the Growth strategy, internal and external.

As in-house support, you will gain exposure to all areas of the business.  You will have the opportunity to learn the basics of digital marketing, be immersed in creative campaigns from the initial idea to execution, attend conferences and events, get hands-on with our creative campaigns and gain a sound understanding of how marketing agencies function.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform market analysis and research on our competition
  • Support in daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update the Marketing calendars and databases
  • Assisting in the distribution of sales & marketing collateral externally and internally
  • Assist in reporting for all sales and marketing activity and ensure targets are being met
  • Keep presentations and project synopses up-to-date with latest results
  • Keeping our CRM database up to date
  • Help to research costs, engage external suppliers and help to negotiate best rates
  • Help to organise events and coordinate attendance at industry events
  • Draft short pieces of content such as newsletters, copy for flyers, feature articles and blogs
  • Work with a team to support social media content and strategy

What you need to be successful…

  • Studying a relevant degree level or equivalent
  • A knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
  • Sound understanding of PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Very good planning and organisational skills
  • Time management
  • Good communication skills
