Great opportunity for an In-House Graphic Designer to join our Growth and Marketing team to help shape our brand.

You are a natural communicator with exceptional conceptual skills, as well as having sound knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Suite. You thrive in a collaborative environment, comfortable working across multiple projects to meet tight and challenging deadlines.

This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven graphic designer to work within a busy marketing and communications team to create, develop and implement a variety of campaigns and supporting collateral for the agency across all channels. Suitable for someone with in-house experience of working within a busy organisation to deliver graphic design projects from end to end, from initial brief through to final production.

Key responsibilities

You will have a hands on delivery of design jobs including design for:

  • Printed marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, full page adverts, newsletters
  • Digital marketing collateral including banner ads, infographics, website updates, landing pages, social media content
  • Exhibitions and displays
  • Internal support for pitch presentations and branding
  • The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time planning, costs, deadlines and prioritisation.

What you need to be successful…

  • Sound knowledge of the Adobe Suite
  • Design degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years design experience
  • Proven experience of print and digital graphic design
  • Photography experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
